Depending on the status of the transfer, you may be able to replay that transfer. Transfers in a “non-terminal” state (they have another status/state to transition to, for example a child transfer stuck in Queued that can be moved to Pending) can be replayed by Moov. Please reach out to our Support team so we can review and proceed these transfers accordingly.
Transfers in a "terminal" state (failed status) cannot be replayed in our system. To reinitiate transfers in "terminal" state, you will need to create a brand new transfer with the same details.
