The facilitator account is a business account that has the ability to facilitate transfers. The facilitator account is different from a connected, individual account (account that requests sending and receiving money).
When initiating a transfer, please ensure to put the correct facilitator account ID in your scopes, and that your facilitator account is verified to avoid any transfer failures.
To find the Facilitator Account ID (also known as x-account-id), please do the following:
1/ From your Moov dashboard, navigate to Settings > Business details
2/ The Facilitator account ID is listed on top in the Business details section
