What is a Moov account?

An individual or business account represents a legal entity and describes the account holder. A Moov account will be connected to an integrating platform partner.
Accounts can accept, store, send, and spend money through the following account capabilities:
Wallet: store funds with Moov
Transfer: authorize debit transfers
Send funds: send funds to another account
Collect funds (business accounts only): collect funds from another account
Card issuing (beta, business accounts only): provide a virtual card to a merchant
Accounts must go through a verification process to use any capability. Depending on account type and desired capabilities, verification ranges from basic identification to submitting financial ownership and going through underwriting. An account's platform partner will request information for verification purposes.
